FALKIRK INTEGRATION JOINT BOARD
UNAUDITED ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2021/22

NOTICE  IS  HEREBY  GIVEN  in  accordance  with  Section  195  (public notices)  of  the  Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, regulation 9(1) and 9(3)(a), that:

  • Copies of the Unaudited Annual Accounts of Falkirk Integration Joint Board for the period from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 will be available for public inspection via the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership website at falkirkhscp.org/finance/

Note that due to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the accounts are not available for physical public inspection in hard copy at any Falkirk Council or NHS Forth Valley premises.

The Unaudited Annual Accounts will be open to electronic Public Inspection online from Friday 10th June to Thursday 30th June inclusive.

  • Any person interested may inspect the Accounts to be audited and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating thereto and make copies of all or any part of the Accounts and those other Any person wishing to inspect the other documents specified above should make enquiry at Denny Town House.

Any person interested may object to the annual accounts or to any part of those statements, by:

  • sending the objection, in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof to Ernst & Young LLP, G1 Building, 5 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1DU and to the Controller of Audit, Accounts Commission, 4th Floor, 102 West Port, Edinburgh EH3 9DN not later than Monday 12 July 2022.
  • sending a copy of that objection and statement to the board and to any officer of the board who may be concerned, both at Chief Financial Officer, Denny Town House, 23 Glasgow Road, Denny, FK6 5DL

The auditor shall, if requested by the person objecting, the board, or any officer of the board who may be concerned, afford to that person or board or officer, as the case may be, an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by the auditor with respect to that objection, and any such person or officer may so appear and be heard either personally or by a representative
