How to access support
The Living Well Falkirk online assessment tool can be completed at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. It is a simple, but thorough, assessment and can take a bit of time. You can save it at any stage and return to it when it suits you.
If you need assistance using the tool, staff at your local library will be happy to help.
Online video-call advice hub
Our Living Well Falkirk Advice Hub pilot took place during summer 2021, and has now closed. We’re considering how to improve this service and hope to make video call support available again soon.
Thank you for your interest in our pilot programme. If you have feedback, comments, or questions you can get in touch by emailing LivingWellAdvice@falkirk.gov.uk
