Living Well Falkirk launches refreshed website

A one-stop shop for accessing advice, resources, and equipment to help people in Falkirk to improve their wellbeing and live more independently has launched a refreshed website.

The Living Well Falkirk platform has introduced a sleek new design, improved navigation, and carefully curated, actionable results packages.

The platform is powered by LifeCurve™, an assessment tool developed by ADL Research and Newcastle University which helps people see how they are ageing and set goals to keep doing the things they want to do.

After completing a short quiz, users of Living Well Falkirk can view their ageing journey using the LifeCurve™ and access personalised advice, exercises, movements and equipment which could help improve strength and abilities.

Anyone can use the Living Well Falkirk website to review their needs and access advice and resources. For those who need more assistance, the Living Well Falkirk team can provide support by video call or in-person at the Living Well Falkirk Centre, based in the Forth Valley Sensory Centre in Camelon.
