Discharge Without Delay Development Day, 27 February 2025

A development day for health and social care colleagues has been organised on Thursday 27 February (09.00 – 15.45) at Forth Valley College’s Falkirk Campus.

This will provide an opportunity to highlight the wide range of work underway to reduce the number of patients experiencing delays in being discharged from local hospital and discuss future plans and priorities. The day will cover a range of topics including the development of discharge pathways, case studies, Hospital @ Home, the role of AHPs as well as simulation and discussion sessions.
