Social Care Worker – Summerford Care Home

Summerford House Reablement service is a 27 bedded resource centre  providing  short term reablement care to adults over the age of 55 within the Falkirk area. You will work as part of a team of social care staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and rehab support workers, working jointly in  a multi disciplinary team  providing direct care to support service users to achieve their goals, maximise their independence and support a safe discharge home.
