Wellbeing webinars for health and social care staff
Scotland’s National Wellbeing Hub is hosting a new webinar programme to support unpaid carers and all health and social care staff to improve personal resilience and wellbeing. The programme content is linked to the range of resources available on the National Wellbeing Hub, www.nationalwellbeinghub.scot
The Focus on Wellbeing Programme will be updated periodically, with the latest information on new topic sessions available on the ‘Key Dates’ page on the National Wellbeing Hub.
The programme, running June to August, includes sessions on:
- Using Personal Support as an effective intervention: models and practice
- Psychological First Aid in the workplace
- Sleeping on the job: Managing sleep and shift work
- Using mindfulness to cope with anxiety about a post-COVID future
- Helping you cope with low mood
- Mindful leadership: the key to a better way forward post pandemic
- Money worries and financial wellbeing
- Greater peace of mind with mindfulness
- Worry, Stress, Anxiety and Sleep: Techniques to help you feel better
- Spaces For Listening
