Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a motivated and ambitious candidate to take up the role of Head of Integration for an initial 6-month period.

The temporary role is open to Falkirk Council employees via its ‘acting up’ and secondment policy or as a secondment for NHS Forth Valley employees. During this time, the Partnership will undertake a review of its management structure to ensure it remains fit for purpose and meets future needs.

The successful post holder will have with extensive management and leadership experience, with the ability and professional knowledge to lead a programme of transformational change and improvement within local integrated health and social care services.

You will be a key member of the Partnership’s Senior Leadership Team and will support the newly appointed Chief Officer to deliver the Integration Joint Board’s vision for Falkirk. You will have responsibility for leading a range of community health and care services and ensure adequate leadership support is in place.
