Regional forums to shape National Care Service

Regional forums to help develop plans for a new National Care Service.

Local communities are being invited to a series of summer forums across Scotland as part of planning for a new National Care Service.

These events will find out more about the unique nature of social care support in local areas and discuss what you’d like to see in the future National Care Service.

A total of 9 in-person forums will be held across Scotland and 5 online forums.

These in-person forums will take place in Stirling, Glasgow, Tayside, Dumfries and Galloway, Argyll and Bute, Skye, Highlands, Shetland, and Moray.

Each of these in-person forums will focus on 3 themes and you can choose which theme is best suited to your experience and interests.

The Forth Valley regional forum will take place on Tuesday 20th June at Albert Halls, Dumbarton Road, Stirling FK8 2QL. Find out more about the sessions available and sign up via eventbrite:

Sessions are open to anyone who wants to attend, including stakeholder organisations and elected representatives.

If you cannot attend in person, or would prefer not to, you can attend an online forum. The online forums will take place in August:
