Have your say: Palliative and End of Life Care in Falkirk
We’re working with our partners across Forth Valley to plan future community palliative and end of care support in your local area.
Palliative and end of life care services can help improve the quality of life for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their family or carers. This can be done by offering services, advice, information, support, and referrals to other resources.
We want to hear personal and professional views about local palliative and end of life care options and support. Your feedback will be used to inform strategic plans, shaping support in Falkirk and across Forth Valley.
