Stress Awareness Month
Each year the Stress Management Society highlights a different theme for Stress Awareness Month which takes place each April. The aim is to increase awareness and understanding about stress, empower people to take proactive steps to manage and reduce stress; share advice and resources that can help and encourage conversations to help reduce the stigma around stress and mental health issues.
Last year, the theme was LittleByLittle to highlight the impact of consistent, small positive actions to show that taking small steps towards caring for yourself can reduce stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing.
This year, the theme is LeadWithLove and encourages us all to treat ourselves and others with kindness and compassion.
