Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking to appoint a new Head of Integration to lead a programme of transformational change and continuous improvement within integrated health and social care services.

  • SALARY: £71,365.00 – £83,600.00 per year

  • HOURS: 37 hours per week

The Partnership has established three integrated locality teams to deliver its ambition for Falkirk. These teams are critical to transform how we deliver health and social care to improve health and wellbeing outcomes. Do you have the background and professional knowledge to lead a programme of transformational change and continuous improvement to provide a seamless and integrated health and social care service? The integrated structure provides an opportunity for the Head of Integration to deliver an integrated service to our communities. As a key member of the HSCP Senior Leadership team you will support the Chief Officer to deliver the Integration Joint Board’s vision for Falkirk.

As an experienced senior manager with extensive leadership experience in a complex organisation, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to deliver the partnerships vision for patients, people and carers who use our services across the Falkirk Partnership.

You will be an experienced professional who will provide leadership and influence to improve outcomes for adults in our area. You will complement our Senior Leadership team with a focus on continuous improvement and new ways of working to deliver high quality services, while maintaining efficiency.

You will excel in managing complex and strategic issues and have a successful track record in leading and managing change. You will have experience of working with elected members and or members of a board with financial and risk management experience and working knowledge of the functions within the remit of this post, ideally within an HSCP.
