Social Care Officer – Care and Support at Home
An exciting opportunity has arisen for permanent full-time Social Care Officers within the Care and Support at Home Service, West Locality which covers Denny, Bonnybridge, Larbert, Stenhousemuir and the surrounding areas. As a Social Care Officer, you will be responsible for the reviewing and maintaining of outcome-based assessments and reviews of service user needs – both internal and external provision – which are effective in promoting independence, and meeting individuals desired outcomes and aspirations whilst working in partnership with our Independent Providers.

Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Performance and Information Co-ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to support projects that work towards the Partnership’s strategic goals.
