Colleague Hub

Colleague Hub

Welcome to the Partnership’s colleague hub – home to a range of resources, guides and templates which will be useful to anyone working in Falkirk’s health and social care sector.

For support using these resources, to provide feedback, or if you have a story to tell and need support with any aspect of your communications activity please contact the Partnership’s communications officer, Paul Surgenor, on HSCPComms@falkirk.gov.uk.

Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership branding or templates should not be used for personal or private business. External organisations must seek permission to use the brand and have written confirmation before using it. The Partnership’s branding or name should not be used to indicate commercial endorsement.

Brand guidelines, imagery, and resources

Our new style guide, Communicating for Falkirk, provides all staff with the resources needed to create consistent, high quality, and accessible communications which uphold the professional reputation of the Partnership.

Engagement materials & guidance

Planning an engagement or feedback event with staff or people who access your support or services? Falkirk Council’s Community Empowerment Hub provides useful planning, mapping, and engagement resources. Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership’s self-evaluation form should be used for any service user engagement and involvement activity. For further support, you can contact policy, participation and communications colleagues on HSCPComms@falkirk.gov.uk

Care Opinion

Care Opinion is the UK’s leading independent, non-profit feedback website for health and social care services. People in Falkirk can share their experiences and let services know how they could have been better.

Feedback and stories are shared anonymously, with teams able to respond directly via the Care Opinion platform. Each service available on Care Opinion should have a designated responder with access to the platform – if you need to change or add a responder for your service please email HSCPComms@falkirk.gov.uk.

Prior to joining Care Opinion as a responder, staff should complete the below training and guidance.
