Alcohol and Drug Partnership

Bringing together Falkirk Council, NHS Forth Valley, Police, Fire, and third sector colleagues, along with people who have ‘lived experience’ of alcohol and drug use, Falkirk’s Alcohol and Drug Partnership is responsible for the planning of local support services.

Engagement materials & guidance

Planning an engagement or feedback event with staff or people who access your support or services? Falkirk Council’s Community Empowerment Hub provides useful planning, mapping, and engagement resources. Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership’s self-evaluation form should be used for any service user engagement and involvement activity. For further support, you can contact policy, participation and communications colleagues on HSCPComms@falkirk.gov.uk

Care Opinion

Care Opinion is the UK’s leading independent, non-profit feedback website for health and social care services. People in Falkirk can share their experiences and let services know how they could have been better.

Feedback and stories are shared anonymously, with teams able to respond directly via the Care Opinion platform. Each service available on Care Opinion should have a designated responder with access to the platform – if you need to change or add a responder for your service please email HSCPComms@falkirk.gov.uk.

Prior to joining Care Opinion as a responder, staff should complete the below training and guidance.
