Alcohol and Drug Partnership

Falkirk Council’s Community Empowerment Hub provides useful planning, mapping, and engagement resources. Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership’s self-evaluation form should be used for any service user engagement and involvement activity. Care Opinion
Care Opinion is the UK’s leading independent, non-profit feedback website for health and social care services. People in Falkirk can share their experiences and let services know how they could have been better.
Feedback and stories are shared anonymously, with teams able to respond directly via the Care Opinion platform. Each service available on Care Opinion should have a designated responder with access to the platform – if you need to change or add a responder for your service please email HSCPComms@falkirk.gov.uk.
Prior to joining Care Opinion as a responder, staff should complete the below training and guidance.
